The nice weather we’re seeing means summer is just around the corner. Its a great time to join our growing CrossFit Reflexion family and make a positive change in your life.We are a family oriented  gym that caters to the beginning athlete up to world class competitors. Whatever your goals, we can help you achieve them. You’re never too young or old to start, and we have programs fro middle schoolers up to athletes in their 50′s and beyond (in fact, the Worlds number one ranked master trains with us).

If you want to make a change in how you look, how much energy you have, how you feel and feel about yourself, you owe it to  give us a try. Between our attentive coaching staff, our nutrition program (included in your membership, and no, we dont’ try to sell you anything) and the support and encouragement of our Reflexion family, you can change the way you see yourself.

What is CrossFit Reflexion

We’re CrossFit Reflexion, a progressive CrossFit affilate located on the West Side of Portland Oregon. We are passionate about fitness AND health. At CFRx, everyone is an athlete, whatever your age, where ever you are physically. We celebrate all our athletes accomplishments, whether it’s qualifying for the CrossFit Worlds games, or getting your first pull up.

There are a lot of CrossFit gyms around these days, how do you choose a gym? Our advice is to check them out. We happily offer a free week, no commitment membership to CFRx. Take our onboarding classes (to give you the confidence you need and the skills we insist upon to be safe) and join  our main crew as they get their training in. See how you feel after 2 weeks with us, and then decide.
