My last Dr. appointment it was 118/70.My weight on March 7, 2018 was 332 lbs. Today it’s 256 lbs.My nieces can’t catch me and I can carry all three of them on my back at once. Ages 3,5, and 7.

11. Anything else you would like to include?

Shout out to Shawn for teaching me about weight loss, ketones, insulin release, and mercilessly beating me at Corn Hole.-Shout out to Ashley who always lets me ask questions I already know the answers to and she continues to reassure me, on Thursday, that she will keep the gym open long enough for me to finish. -Shout out to all the friends in the 4:30pm class who are/were nice, helpful, encouraging, and welcoming when I first started.-Shout out to the 5:30am class for inspiring me to be strong and fast like them.

Patient consistent action is the key to progress.

You’ll never be criticized by someone doing more than you.

Leave your ego in the car.

Show up and finish. Repeat.
