1. How long have you been doing CrossFit?
2. What class time and location doing you regularly attend?
I typically go to the noon class at the West side location!
3. What made you start CF?
We wanted to do something different other than the normal 24 hour fitness routine.
4. Favorite CF movement?
Power Clean and Jerk.
5. Least Favorite?
6. If you could design any CF WOD, what would it be?
It'd probably be an ascending ladder of:
heavy power clean and jerks
going up in reps of 3 for 9 minute amrap.

8. Tell us something that most people don’t know about you?
That I have the biggest sweet tooth and love food with a passion. Eating food not making food! lol
9. What was your first CF WOD?
I Don't remember, one of the first ones I do remember that made me question whether I was doing the right thing was Fran. that one hurt!
10. Biggest effect that CF has had on your life?
Meeting awesome people that share the same passion for leading a healthy lifestyle.
11. Anything else that you would like to include.
Coaches at both Reflexion locations are very knowledgeable and have helped me get to where I wanted to be in my fitness level. Thanks to the entire community for being awesome and making it a fun place to workout!
