Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

Partner Wod
A. Partner A runs 400 meters

B. Partner B performs rounds of "Cindy" 5 pullups 10 push ups 15 squats.

When partner A returns from run they pick up wherever partner B leaves off and partner B runs 400 meters. Score is as many rounds/reps as possible in 25 minutes
