4x3 Muscle Snatch @ 30% (feet don't leave the ground, legs don't rebend)

4x3 Hang Power Snatch to OHS 30-40% (hang from mid thigh)

4x3 Hang Snatch Snatch 30-40% (hang from mid thigh)
