3 sets of 3 tempo deadlift (8080) @ 70% 1RM , 3 rounds 3 min to perform 25 burpees with the remaining time perform max snatch, squat clean or deadlift, 3 points for a snatch 2 points for a clean and 1 point for a deadlift, score is total points scored 2 min rests between rounds.
