Partner 1 - 15 backsquats 115/75

partner 2 - 15 frontsquats

 

partner 1 - 15 squat cleans 115/75

partner 2 - 15  squat snatch 115/75

 

partner 1 - 15 push press 115/75

partner 2- 15 - push jerk  

*after each movement 15 pullups 200 meter run.
