Warm-up

first with pvc then with barbell

10 back squats
10 strict press
10 front squats
10 overhead squats

15 clean and jerks 115/75
15 snatch
15 box jumps

switch!

*boxes are lined up in between you and your partner, each of you has a barbell and is required to do 15 of each movement.
* after each athlete peforms 15 box jumps you can then switch to the other side to perform the movement you have not yet peformed.
*equals 45 snatches and 45 clean and jerks for both partners
